Simple swing arm motion like the Supermatic and Supermatic II, this Excel is constructed of durable plastic and has a no slip rubber base. Drop about a tablespoon of tobacco in the open slot on the face of the machine, then place a filter tube on the chute at the side of the machine, begin to crank the handle and the tobacco is slowly pushed inside the filter tube.
